Comcast requests Electrical Engineering services to provide an Evaluation Study for a new Main Switchgear at the Kokomo, Indiana Service Center.
~ Two New HVAC Systems at Comcast – Kokomo, Indiana ~
IES will provide Mechanical Engineering support for the installation of two new 10 Ton HVAC Systems in Comcast – Kokomo, Indiana Service Center
~ Farbman Group approved vendor ~
IES is currently listed as an Approved Vendor with Farbman Group in Southfield, Michigan. Farbman is a leading full-service commercial real estate organization. IES looks forward to providing Architectural and Engineering support for upcoming tenants’ build-out projects.
~ Structural Engineering Study at Comcast – Kokomo, Indiana ~
IES will provide a Structural Engineering Study for the second floor of the Comcast Service Center in Kokomo, Indiana.
~ JMS to team up with IES ~
JMS Electrical Contractor will team up with IES for Design/Build opportunities at the Detroit Arsenal TACOM in Warren, Michigan. These projects include internal building renovations and site infrastructure upgrades.

~ Energy Saving Program at Lucido Office Buildings ~
Lucido Insurance and Lucido Law office buildings require a complete Energy Saving Electrical Engineering Study. The scope of work will include replacing the entire lighting system with LED and new Controls to meet DTE Energy’s Rebates Program requirements.
~ FCA new Busducts Layout ~
Slifco Electric teamed up with IES to develop a new Schematic Design for the 480V Busduct System layout with Feeders calculations for the Fiat Chrysler Automobile plant in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The new Busducts will be power fed from four Double-Ended Medium Voltage Substations.
~ Crescent Sail Yacht Club Power Upgrade ~
IES will work with CSYC in Grosse Pointe Farms to design a Power Distribution and Pedestal Upgrade – Phase 2. The project requires new power equipment, cabling, and distribution on both the north and south side of the harbor.
~ Price Right RV Dealership Building Addition and Site Development ~
IES will provide Architectural & Engineering services for Price Right’s new building addition and site expansion in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The project will require new Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering building design. Additionally, the 6 acres site development will require Civil & Surveying Engineering services, which will be used for Auto & RV parking and display. IES will be responsible for all Construction Documents submittals and approvals form the City of Sterling Heights.

IES is proud to announce a team up with Addon Services, a protégé company of Unified Business Technologies, Inc. (UBT). This new business relationship will allow IES to offer its strong Architectural & Engineering expertise to Addon Services’ Federal and State Government Design/Build projects.
~ Hair Magic New Build-Out in Shelby Township ~
The owners of the new “Hair Magic”, a full-service hair salon and beauty supply retail outlet, have engaged IES to provide Architectural & Engineering services for the building build-out. This complete renovation project will consist of Architectural Space Planning and new energy efficient Electrical and Mechanical systems and controls.
~ 3D BIM for GM Fort Wayne - Indiana ~
Slifco Electric will team up with IES to provide 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) support at the General Motors Assembly Plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The project goal is to increase the plant’s total square footage from 3 million Sq.Ft. to 4.6 million Sq.Ft, which is approximately 716 acres.
